Job summary

Hume Bank is seeking a Product Manager, Payments & Operations to lead the operational delivery of the bank's product portfolio with a focus on payments. You will work across Product, Technology, Banking Operations and Customer Experience to translate strategy into effective operational delivery and lifecycle support.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, coordinate testing and support CPS 230 compliance, while developing the Product Officer and elevating product capability across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking, payments, product operations or customer-facing operational role.
• Knowledge of banking products, payments, card operations and digital channels.
• Experience coordinating testing/UAT and working with core banking integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and improvement of payments and banking products.
• Coordinate testing across core banking system, banking app and internet banking platforms.
• Manage key payments vendors, service reviews and issue resolution.
• Oversee card ordering and inventory, including stock levels and vendor requirements.
• Own operational delivery of rate changes across lending and deposits.
