Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Head of Payments Product and Third Party Management to lead the strategy, performance and evolution of the payments ecosystem across its brands, products and channels.

You will drive end-to-end accountability for payments capabilities, product management, resilience and critical supplier partnerships to deliver simple, reliable and secure experiences for customers and bankers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payments, product leadership or financial services.
• Deep understanding of payments landscape, regulatory and commercial considerations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, performance and evolution of BOQ's payments ecosystem across brands, products and channels.
• Own payments capabilities, product management, operational resilience and third-party partnerships.
• Oversee partnerships with key payments providers and schemes to strengthen customer experiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape the future direction of payments at BOQ Group.
