Responsibilities

• Answer the switchboard courteously and professionally.
• Liaise with patients and families compassionately.
• Perform clerical tasks: filing, minutes, agenda creation.
• Manage petty cash dispersal and reconciliation.
• Order and maintain general office supplies.
• Coordinate bookings and patient transport.
• Support quality improvement activities.
• Handle holiday patient enquiries and applications.
• Create and maintain patient newsletters.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and stock room.
