Adventist HealthCare Limited (Aus) operates the Sydney Adventist Hospital, NSW’s largest private hospital. The Back Office Team Leader - Patient & Revenue Services will oversee a broad portfolio that touches the patient journey and hospital performance.

You’ll lead about 40 staff across patient billing, Emergency Care administration, Concierge, Switchboard and Mail Room, driving capability, performance and continuous improvement while coordinating with hospital stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in hospital admissions or patient administration is required.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and patient billing processes.
• Proven leadership experience including coaching, performance management and staff development.
• Experience preparing and managing staff rosters; UKG experience highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of approximately 40 staff across patient billing, Emergency Care administration, the Integrated Cancer Centre, Concierge, Switchboard and Mail Room services.
• Oversee key services that support the patient journey and hospital operations.
• Focus on building team capability, managing performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Monitor overtime, customer feedback and debtor-related outcomes; provide full training for success.
