Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Surgery administration across four hospital sites. You will provide line management, coordinate patient pathways, supervise an administrative team, and ensure data accuracy and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities include workload planning, staff development, recruitment, and ensuring Trust policies are followed. The role requires travel between sites and strong communication with consultants and managers.

• Line manage administration teams across four hospital sites.
• Monitor workload allocation and supervise staff performance.
• Support appraisals, development and performance management.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and compliance with Trust policies.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Coordinate patient bookings and pathway tracking.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficient, compliant services.
