What you'll be doing

The Patient Liaison Officer is a specialist revenue role responsible for maximising private patient and compensable revenue opportunities. The role manages complex patient financial elections, serves as the primary escalation point for frontline revenue issues, and ensures seamless integration between patient administration and revenue claiming.
A key responsibility is delivering revenue-related training to Clinical Support Administrators (CSAs) and Admissions Liaison Officers, building frontline capability and compliance. The Patient Liaison Officer maintains ongoing liaison with CSAs to monitor revenue compliance, resolve system mismatches, correct incomplete records, and ensure all chargeable patient paperwork is accurately captured across revenue, admission, and other frontline patient information systems to support successful billing outcomes.
