Job summary

Optical Express Group in the UK is seeking a dedicated Patient Advisor for full-time hours (40 per week) based in Haywards Heath and Brighton. The role combines customer service with clinical workflow, guiding patients through their visits and treatments.

You will build relationships with patients, assist in consultations, scan eyes with advanced equipment, schedule treatment dates, discuss financing options, and maintain accurate records while delivering a high‑quality patient experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment.
• Assisting in patient consultations.
• Scanning patients' eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check.
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires.
• Introducing patients to their optometrist.
• Scheduling treatment dates.
• Discussing finance options.
• Accurately maintaining patient records.
