Back @ Work Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Logan, UT. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with mentorship, competitive pay, and path-aligned growth opportunities.

You’ll deliver hands-on care under licensed supervision, helping patients regain mobility and function through personalized plans, while collaborating with our clinical team and broader network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Utah PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
