Qualifications

• Experience in Careers Education, VET, Work Experience and SWL.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to establish and maintain links with external providers.
• Ability to support pathways for individual students.
• Familiar with school policies and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute newsletters highlighting pathway opportunities for students.
• Maintain pathways noticeboard and resources.
• Contribute to college Pathways policies and processes.
• Attend relevant meetings and professional learning to stay current with vocational/pathways trends.
• Maintain Pathways files and disseminate information to year level teams.
