Job summary

Responsibilities include collecting blood and samples, caring for specimens, and completing related paperwork. Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or have relevant experience, with a current Driver's License and rights to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Sound clinical knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, doctors and patients.
• Ability to work across weekday and weekend shifts at collection centres.

Responsibilities

• Collection of blood and other samples from patients.
• Care, storage and processing of pathology specimens.
• Attend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure details are correct in a timely manner.
