St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant in Fitzroy, Melbourne to support the Director of Pathology and the Pathology Operations Manager while contributing to a range of pathology projects.

You will attend and schedule meetings, take minutes, coordinate events and assist with evaluating software, centre viability, and system integrations, with extensive development opportunities and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and productivity apps.
• Excellent communication and ability to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills with prioritisation.
• Current National criminal history check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Pathology and Pathology Operations Manager.
• Attend and schedule meetings, take minutes and coordinate events.
