Job summary

Lucas Collective is launching Noẽma, a new Melbourne CBD concept rooted in contemporary Mediterranean dining. We seek pastry chefs to help establish the opening pastry team, delivering desserts, pastries and baked goods in a dynamic kitchen.

You will join a high-calibre pastry brigade, contributing to guest experience and brand standards while developing your skills in a premier hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium kitchen.
• Strong pastry fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong organisation and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and a variety of shifts.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie highly regarded.
