St Vincent’s Care Services is seeking a compassionate Pastoral & Spiritual Care Practitioner to join our Maroochydore and/or Gympie Aged care services. You will provide professional pastoral and spiritual care to residents, families, and staff as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on holistic wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing care plans, and offering spiritual resources while respecting diverse beliefs.

Qualifikationen

• Attainment of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) qualification or equivalent training (essential).
• Willing to apply for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (essential).
• Willing to apply for a NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
• Provide pastoral and spiritual care and respect differing beliefs and practices.

• Provide professional pastoral and spiritual care to residents, families, support networks and staff.
• Support holistic approach to care as part of interdisciplinary team.
• Assess and prioritise pastoral needs and develop care plans and support strategies.
