St Vincent's Care Services in Maroochydore (QLD) is seeking a compassionate Pastoral & Spiritual Care Practitioner to join our aged care team. You will provide pastoral and spiritual care to residents, families, and staff, contributing to holistic wellbeing within an interdisciplinary setting.

This permanent part-time role offers flexibility across Maroochydore and Gympie locations. Essential qualifications include CPE or equivalent and eligibility for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History

Qualifications

• Must hold Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) qualification or equivalent training in counselling, theology, psychology, or related field.
• Willing to apply for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (essential)
• Willing to apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)

Responsabilités

• Provide pastoral and spiritual care to residents, families, support networks and staff.
• Assess and prioritise pastoral and spiritual needs; develop care plans and support strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic wellbeing of residents.
