Job summary

The Floreat Market is seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. This casual role offers full‑time hours (38+ per week) with shift times from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Weekend and public holiday work is required, with potential for a full-time contract after 3 months.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years cooking experience in kitchens or cafés, a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for food quality, safety, and presentation.

• Work closely with the Deli Manager to help grow a profitable and exciting food offering.
• Prepare catering orders to a high standard and assist in growing that section.
• Jump in to help with customer service when needed.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation across every service.
