Labour Connect is seeking reliable Ground Handling and Passenger Services Staff to join operations at the new Western Sydney International Airport in Luddenham. This part-time role supports aircraft operations, baggage handling and passenger services as part of a growing airport team.

The position offers 20 hours per week with late-night shifts on a 7-day rotating roster, and a chance to contribute to safe, efficient airport operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
• Must be available for shifts from 8:30pm – 12:30am.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport – ESSENTIAL
• Previous airport, passenger services, customer service, ramp or ground-handling experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Current ASIC or previous airport security-clearance experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties required
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
• Willingness to follow strict airport safety and security procedures

THE ROLE

Labour Connect is currently seeking reliable and motivated Ground Handling and Passenger Services Staff to join operations at the new Western Sydney International Airport in Luddenham.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing airport team, supporting aircraft operations, baggage handling and passenger services.

The position offers part-time employment of 20 hours per week, working late-night shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.
