Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership parts department or automotive aftersales environment.
• Strong EPC experience for dealer part identification.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems (Pentana MDS advantageous).
• Clear, confident communicator comfortable working with dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Parts Support: Provide direct support to dealers for parts enquiries and order-related issues.
• EPC Support: Assist dealers with part identification using the Chery Electronic Parts Catalogue.
• Order Monitoring: Review dealer parts orders and follow up to support accuracy and timely supply.
• Head Office Liaison: Work with internal teams to resolve dealer parts issues efficiently.
• Returns Support: Assist with parts returns, discrepancies, and follow-ups.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Warranty and Customer Experience teams when parts input is required.

About the Role

This role is suited to an experienced dealership parts interpreter or aftersales professional who wants to step into an OEM head office environment while remaining closely involved in dealer parts support.

As Parts Support Specialist, you will be a key support contact for dealers, assisting with parts identification, EPC usage, order support, and day-to-day parts-related queries. The role is practical, hands-on, and focused on helping dealers get the right parts, first time.

This is a low to mid-level specialist role, with scope to grow as the business and aftersales operation continues to scale.
