Job summary

Harmony Auto's BYD Campbelltown showroom in Campbelltown, NSW seeks a Parts Specialist to strengthen the after-sales parts operation. You will supervise the parts department, manage inventory and ordering, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing BO, SO, FO processes, maintaining the EPC, and liaising with finance for monthly counts. Automotive repair experience is preferred and eligibility to work in Australia is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Automotive or related college degree.
• Training: Maintenance technology, management, or related training.
• Experience: 4+ years in automotive repair services or related industries, 2+ years in management roles.
• Familiarity with Toyota and BYD operations is advantageous.

• Manage dealership parts inventory, including BO, SO, FO ordering and tracking.
• Ensure daily inbound and outbound processing of parts.
• Review and finalize inventory and ordering before end of day.

• Monitor and resolve inconsistent parts indicators quickly.
• Conduct weekly checks of inventory, shipping, and receiving areas.
