Job summary

Scania Australia is hiring a motivated Parts Supervisor to lead front counter and warehouse teams at Scania Prestons, driving parts sales and exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on partnering with the Parts Manager, coaching the team, and expanding revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships within a high-performing Scania environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Parts Manager to achieve departmental sales and profitability targets.
• Support the day-to-day leadership, coaching and development of the Parts team.
• Drive proactive parts sales and customer engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve customer retention.
• Monitor inventory performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a leadership resource for the team and provide support in the Parts Manager's absence.
