Hitachi Emerald invites applications for a Storeperson to join our Parts team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist with receiving, stock control and dispatch, while upholding safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will work as part of a busy team, ensuring quality parts reach internal and external customers on time, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Forklift handling and prior warehouse experience are valued assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts and warehousing support to internal and external customers.
• Receive, check and receipting deliveries and stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare parts for dispatch.
• Coordinate stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Contribute to cycle counts and general inventory management.
• Maintain inbound and outbound documentation for shipments.
• Support the Parts team with daily warehouse and logistics tasks.

The Opportunity

Hitachi Emerald has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our Parts team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play an important hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts department and ensuring quality parts get where they need to go, when they need to be there.

You’ll be part of a busy team where no two days are exactly the same. From receiving and dispatching parts to keeping stock organised and completing inventory checks, you’ll help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing quality parts and warehousing support to our internal and external customers
• Receiving, checking and receipting incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing and preparing parts for dispatch
• Coordinating stock and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Completing cyclic stock counts and general inventory management
• Maintaining inbound and outbound documentation
• Supporting the Parts team with day-to-day warehouse and logistical requirements
• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe
