Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will drive sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high standards of parts supply and service across our premium network.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in parts sales, automotive sales, or parts retail.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
• Experience working with luxury or premium automotive brands (preferred).
• Parts & Merchandising qualification (desirable).
• Current, clean driver's licence.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell parts and services across Sime Motors Australia's luxury brands portfolio in QLD, including BMW and Volvo
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through structured customer visits
• Identify, pursue, and open new parts and service accounts (minimum one per month)
• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with budget
• Keep customers informed of new products, pricing, and supply updates
• Provide feedback on competitor activity and market trends
• Assist with counter sales, stocktake, vehicle stock management, and workshop support as required
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Comply with all Sime Motors Australia policies, procedures, and WHS requirements

SD Parts, part of Sime Motors Australia , is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Representative to support and promote parts and services across Sime's luxury automotive brands in Queensland, notably BMW, Volvo, Polestar and Geely.

The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business engagement and deliver consistent results. A background in the automotive industry, or a strong interest in automotive products and services, will be highly regarded.

The Role
