Job summary

Cannington Mazda is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Interpreter to support our workshop and parts operations. You will learn on the job, sourcing and distributing parts, and work closely with the Parts Manager.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s licence, and a willingness to learn; forklift experience is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent role with training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous parts experience or willingness to learn.
• Computer literate with basic software skills.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
• Own transport
• Be well presented and able to work in a small team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts requirements via telephone, email and face to face.
• Stock and inventory control.
• Attend to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer service standards are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Be part of a close team and contribute to daily operations.
