Mercedes-Benz Berwick, part of the Patterson Cheney Group, is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter – Back Counter to support our Service and Pre-Delivery Departments. You will ensure technicians have the right genuine Mercedes-Benz parts when they need them and work in a premium brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and accurate parts interpretation to workshop technicians.
• Pick, issue and supply genuine Mercedes-Benz parts to the workshop.
• Process parts orders, quotes and invoices accurately.
• Monitor stock availability and assist with stock ordering.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
• Support general parts and warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes.
• Deliver responsive, professional service to internal customers.

We are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter – Back Counter to support our busy Service and Pre-Delivery Departments and ensure our technicians have the right genuine Mercedes-Benz parts when they need them.

About the role

• Working closely with our Service, Workshop and Parts teams, you will:
• Provide fast and accurate parts interpretation to workshop technicians
• Pick, issue and supply genuine Mercedes-Benz parts to the workshop
• Process parts orders, quotes and invoices accurately
• Monitor stock availability and assist with stock ordering
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
• Support general parts and warehouse duties as required
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
• Deliver responsive, professional service to internal customers

About you

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous automotive parts experience, ideally within a dealership or parts retailer
