Job summary

CMV Truck & Bus in Warrnambool is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our busy spare parts operation. You will assist customers at the front counter, in person and over the phone, handling all parts sales with energy and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with above award wages and a supportive team focused on career growth within CMV Group. Training is provided along with wellbeing initiatives and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive spare parts interpreting.
• Familiarity with parts inventory systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers.
• Handle all new & used part sales and enquiries.
• Process all orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply.
• Promote and upsell products.
• Work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
• Overtime may be required from time to time.
