Brookers Brake and Clutch in Narrabeen is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, process inbound sales, handle in-store visits, and help with stock receipts and order picking.

If you enjoy hands-on work with auto parts and have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, this role offers training, support, and opportunities across our network of branches.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or passion for auto parts.

• Strong phone manner and negotiation ability.
• Experience with European vehicles is a plus.

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Narrabeen. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience or a passion for auto parts

• Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
• Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
