Job summary

Burson Cobram is hiring a Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will support our loyal customers and work with a knowledgeable team, whether you bring auto parts experience or a hunger to learn.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills suitable for in-store and phone support.
• Experience or strong interest in auto parts preferred.
• Professionally presented with strong customer focus.
• Polite and effective telephone manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Ability to translate technical issues into simple solutions.
• European vehicle knowledge is advantageous.

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Cobram. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
