Job summary

Burson in Kyneton is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while handling in-store and phone orders, stock intake, and showroom merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience with auto parts helps, but a genuine interest and great communication will also shine. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience or a passion for auto parts.
• Well presented and professional.
• Great phone manner in customer interactions.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions.
• Background in European vehicles would be an advantage.
