Job summary

AgriForce Machinery in Gunnedah, NSW is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our local dealership on a full-time basis. You'll provide knowledgeable parts support to customers, the workshop team, and the wider dealership, identifying parts, processing enquiries, quotes and orders, and maintaining stock accuracy.

As a family-owned, locally operated business, we pride ourselves on Farmers First and supporting local farmers.

Qualifications

• Has previous parts interpreting experience, ideally within agricultural machinery, automotive, heavy vehicle or a similar industry.
• Has strong customer service and communication skills.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Has good computer and administration skills.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Takes pride in providing accurate and reliable service.
• Has an interest in agricultural machinery and supporting local farmers.
• Holds a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and interpreting agricultural machinery parts.
• Assisting customers at the parts counter, over the phone and via email.
• Processing parts enquiries, quotes and orders.
• Ordering and sourcing parts from suppliers.
• Receiving, checking and dispatching stock.
• Supporting our Service Department with workshop and field service parts requirements.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock control.
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Helping ensure customers receive the right parts when they need them.

Full-Time

AgriForce Machinery is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our growing team at our Gunnedah dealership.

As a family-owned and locally operated agricultural machinery dealership, we pride ourselves on putting Farmers First and providing reliable support to our customers across the Liverpool Plains and surrounding regions.

With our business continuing to grow, we are looking to add a second Parts Interpreter to our Gunnedah Parts Department.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of our Parts team, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable and efficient parts support to our customers, workshop and wider dealership team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and interpreting agricultural machinery parts
• Assisting customers at the parts counter, over the phone and via email
• Processing parts enquiries, quotes and orders
