Job summary

Truck Centre WA is offering an exciting role as a Parts Interpreter at our Spearwood branch. You will help customers with parts for Mack, UD, and Volvo trucks, handling sales over the phone and in person while supporting the workshop with parts supply.

Ideal candidates have prior parts interpreting experience, strong interest in the heavy automotive industry, and excellent computer skills. Join a team committed to safety and customer service excellence.

• Previous parts interpreting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts sales over the phone and face-to-face.
• Provide parts to the Workshop team as needed.

About the Role

Truck Centre WA currently have an exciting opportunity for anexperienced Parts Interpretertofurther their career in the Heavy Automotive Road Transport industry.

Working as part of a high performing team at our Spearwood branch, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD and Volvo Truck parts. This role will require you to effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face-to-face), whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role successful applicants will have:

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience
• Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry
• Strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail
• An energetic and positivecan-do attitude
