Job summary

Truck Centre WA in Geraldton is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our regional team. You will assist customers with parts enquiries and sales, providing genuine Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts enquiries and sales support to customers (phone and in-person).
• Supply genuine Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts to workshop and customers.
• Support workshop team to ensure correct parts are available.

About the Role

Truck Centre WA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the great team we have at our Geraldton branch.

Working as part of a supportive team in one of our four regional locations, you will play an important role in meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional service and supplying genuine Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts.

You will assist customers with parts enquiries and sales, both over the phone and face-to-face, while also supporting our Workshop team to ensure they have the parts required to keep their jobs moving. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the heavy automotive road transport industry while becoming part of a well-established regional team.
