T H WHITE is recruiting a Parts Advisor to support our Agriculture and Dairy Parts Team in Huntley. You will assist external customers and internal workshop with parts enquiries, helping engineers with parts and technical support, plus ordering and stocking parts.

The role requires a team player with strong communication and customer service skills, able to handle pressure and adapt to tasks. A clean UK driving licence is essential, and weekend rota involvement is expected.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join our Agriculture and Dairy Parts Team based in Huntley. The focus of this role is to help our external customers and internal workshop with parts enquiries.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8am-5:00pm, weekends on a rota basis

Key Duties will Include:

• Serving agricultural and dairy customers in person and by phone
• Supporting engineers with parts and technical help
• Ordering parts
• Stock input and control
• Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively
• Be part of a weekend working rota

The Ideal Applicant:

• is a team player
• has the ability to work under pressure and flexible to quickly change between tasks
• will be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
• will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business
• will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
• has previous agricultural and/or dairy parts knowledge is advantageous
• Clean UK Driving Licence
