Job summary

Charterhouse is seeking a part-time Partnerships and Community Engagement lead to drive sponsorship programs across NSW and ACT. You will manage agreements, build robust stakeholder networks and identify new opportunities to grow participation and impact.

You will work closely with marketing to maximise reach, coordinate events and resources, and manage CRM inquiries while ensuring timely reporting and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver strategic partnership agreements with key NSW and ACT sporting bodies, community organisations and local events.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across sporting clubs, leagues, community organisations, government, scheme partners and national bodies.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with goals and budgets to drive participation.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to maximise partnership reach and maintain brand integrity.
• Develop community resources and support programs, coordinate events and partner activities, manage enquiries through CRM, contribute to reporting.

Drive community engagement through a partnerships program, working with sporting clubs, organisations and community groups across NSW and ACT.

About the role:

• Manage and deliver strategic partnership agreements with key NSW and ACT sporting bodies, community organisations and local events, ensuring deliverables, timelines and outcomes are achieved


• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across sporting clubs, leagues, community organisations, government, scheme partners and state/national bodies to drive participation


• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with organisational goals, budgets and target audiences, increasing scheme participation and container collection


• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to maximise partnership reach and impact, while ensuring brand consistency and reputation are maintained


• Develop community resources and support programs, coordinate events and partner activities, manage enquiries through CRM, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement

About you:

• Experience managing sponsorship and community engagement programs, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and increased impact


• Strong networks and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse organisations


• High attention to detail and experience managing contracts, deliverables and external partnerships


• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
