Job summary

Cricket NSW, based at Olympic Park NSW, is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead the team in building strong relationships and delivering outstanding value across the Sixers, Thunder and CNSW portfolio.

You will oversee partnership health, drive revenue through client-focused rights delivery, and lead renewals, activations and governance. A dynamic, inspiring workplace with a strong community impact awaits.

• Significant experience in partnership management or sponsorship servicing.

As Head of Partnerships, you will play a key role in this environment, leading the team to build strong relationships, bring partnerships to life and deliver outstanding value across the Sixers, Thunder and wider CNSW portfolio. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, in this role you will:

• Oversee partnership health, servicing by building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring objectives are understood and met
• Deliver and grow partnership revenue through exceptional customer focus, relationships and rights delivery
• Lead and develop the partnerships team by setting service standards, coaching and developing team members and building a collaborative team culture
• Lead renewal planning and negotiations in consultation with the Chief Commercial Officer
• Guide the development and delivery of activations and campaigns to meet partner objectives and Cricket NSW’s clubs priorities
• Oversee partnership governance and compliance as well as ensuring consistent delivery across the organisation

ABOUT YOU

• Significant experience in partnership management, sponsorship servicing or senior account management
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills
• A sound understanding of sponsorship rights, contractual obligations, commercial approvals and partnership governance
