Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a Partnership Manager to work with national employers to build sustainable recruitment partnerships that deliver positive outcomes for businesses and job seekers.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them attract diverse talent while creating meaningful employment pathways for our clients. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll combine account management, stakeholder engagement and workforce solutions expertise to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, partnerships, recruitment, sales or business development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders across a range of industries.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with major employers.
• Identify and create high-volume employment opportunities.
• Design and deliver innovative workforce solutions.
• Co-design inclusive recruitment programs and hiring pathways.
• Support interviews, placements and onboarding activities.
• Analyse employer recruitment processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes.
• Monitor partnership performance and achieve agreed KPIs.
• Promote diversity, inclusion and accessible employment practices.
