atWork Australia seeks a results-focused Partnership Manager to join our Employment Services team. You will establish sustainable employment opportunities at volume and collaborate with national employers to generate job openings.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing employer relationships or key accounts.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment with a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Confident engaging stakeholders from diverse industries.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with national employers to generate job opportunities.
  • Coordinate delivery of pre-employment programs in partnership with employers for high volume recruitment.
  • Facilitate interviews, placements and onboarding of clients into employment opportunities.
  • Develop workforce solutions meeting employer needs while creating meaningful career pathways.
  • Create diverse and inclusive employment opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted partner for employers ensuring a seamless experience across stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-focused and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities at volume for our clients.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with national employers to generate job opportunities
  • Coordinate the delivery of pre-employment programs in partnership with employers to support high volume recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs
  • Is confident in building relationships and engaging stakeholders from diverse industries
  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
