Job summary

Hawaiian is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager in Australia to lead and evolve our community partnerships strategy across our diverse portfolio. This office-based, full-time role focuses on building strong relationships with community organisations, stakeholders and partners while aligning activities to local needs and the brand's community focus areas.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in stakeholder management, partnerships or related field.
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Events or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting and project management capabilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for community engagement and creating meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day delivery and management of Hawaiian's partnership portfolio, ensuring activity is aligned to local catchment needs and Hawaiian's community focus areas.
• Create & maintain strong relationships with community organisations, stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee the in-centre execution of key partnership campaign activations (Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year and other placemaking moments), ensuring delivery is well executed, on-brand, and complements each centre's existing marketing programming.
• Develop and implement Hawaiian's consolidated granting program, ensuring consistent goals, application processes and reporting requirements across catchments.
• Support delivery of internal community programs, including Team Giving and the Personal Volunteering Program, encouraging team member participation and a genuine sense of ownership in Hawaiian's community outcomes.
• Work closely with brand, marketing and communications teams to showcase partnership outcomes and community impact.
• Monitor, measure and report on partnership performance and return on investment.
• Managing partnership budgets, forecasting and governance requirements.
