Job summary

Guide Dogs SA/NT in Adelaide seeks a Partnership Coordinator to nurture corporate and community partnerships and support fundraising data and events. You will report to the Partnership Manager and help translate activities into opportunities for partners through effective relationship-building.

The role calls for exceptional customer service, strong communication, and solid administration skills, with collaboration across the fundraising team and wider staff to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build enduring relationships with clients.
• Experience maintaining CRM data and using project tools like ASANA.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and follow up with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing and future corporate and community partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service to partners and donors.
• Provide general and project administration support for partnerships.
• Ensure documents and data are maintained accurately.
• Support event activities and donor call line as part of the team.
