Job summary

Foxtel Group is seeking an organised, proactive Partnerships Coordinator to join the Partnerships & Brand Solutions team on a 6-month contract, based in Artarmon Sydney with hybrid work. You’ll coordinate campaigns from brief through to execution, collaborating with production, scheduling, and sales teams.

Ideal for an early-career media professional or graduate with 6–12 months in media or partnerships, strong attention to detail, and solid PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months in media, advertising, or partnerships or a relevant degree with a strong drive to launch your media career.
• Attention to detail: precision in managing scheduling assets, specs, and campaign details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and external agency/client partners.
• Strong time management: prioritise multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Creative mindset with an interest in sport and entertainment content and client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery: Support the Partnerships Integration team in day-to-day coordination and delivery across Fox Sports and General Entertainment channels.
• Production & Scheduling: Coordinate broadcast integrations, including billboards, pull-throughs, and squeezebacks.
• Presentations & Collateral: Build high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch assets, and campaign reports.
