Job summary

Wellways Australia is seeking a Partnership Contract Liaison to enhance delivery of partnership services under the Carer Gateway program. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of partners, delivering specialist support for contracts and driving collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for carers and the community.

The role requires a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel, with a focus on outcomes for families and carers

• Qualified in communications, customer experience, human-centered design, business or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering services to families and carers, mental health or disability programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to work within Australia.
• Current valid Driver’s Licence and ability to travel.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online).
• Satisfactory National Police Records Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children’s Check (Employee/Paid).

About the opportunity

The Partnership Contract Liaison plays a vital role in enhancing the delivery and understanding of partnership services under the Carer Gateway program. Reporting to the Stakeholder and Engagement Partnership Lead, this role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day matters for a portfolio of partners. In providing specialist support for designated partnership contracts, this role focuses collaboration and working at all times to find positive outcomes for partners, carers, and the broader community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in communications, customer experience, human-centered design, business, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience in leading stakeholder engagement, contract management, and strategic partnerships for positive outcome
• Demonstrated experience working in programs or with products that deliver services to families and carers, mental health issues, rehabilitation practices, disability services and the impact of mental health issues and disability on service users, their families, carers, and the community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work within Australia
• Current valid Driver’s Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course)
• Satisfactory National Police Records Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children’s Check (Employee/Paid)
