Job summary

Wellways Australia is seeking a Partnership Contract Liaison to enhance partnership services under the Carer Gateway program. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day partner matters and provide specialist support for designated contracts to deliver positive outcomes for partners, carers and the community.

You will bring tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in communications or related field, with strong stakeholder engagement and inter-personal skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified in communications, customer experience, human-centered design, business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering services to families and carers, mental health, disability services and related communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to work in Australia; valid driver's licence; some travel.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate; Police and screening checks.
• Working with Children Check (Employee/Paid).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for portfolio of partners under Carer Gateway program.

About The Opportunity

The Partnership Contract Liaison plays a vital role in enhancing the delivery and understanding of partnership services under the Carer Gateway program. Reporting to the Stakeholder and Engagement Partnership Lead, this role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day matters for a portfolio of partners. In providing specialist support for designated partnership contracts, this role focuses collaboration and working at all times to find positive outcomes for partners, carers, and the broader community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in communications, customer experience, human-centered design, business, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience in leading stakeholder engagement, contract management, and strategic partnerships for positive outcome
• Demonstrated experience working in programs or with products that deliver services to families and carers, mental health issues, rehabilitation practices, disability services and the impact of mental health issues and disability on service users, their families, carers, and the community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work within Australia
• Current valid Driver’s Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course)
• Satisfactory National Police Records Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid)
