This role is responsible for enabling partners on Saviynt products, developing joint solution offerings, conducting workshops to create sales plays and technical solutions, and providing best practices for integration architecture feasibility questions. It also contributes to partner-led product marketing, webinars, and blogs. The Partner Solutions Engineer works with product management to understand the roadmap and influence it based on partner requirements.

What You Will Do
  • Acquire Saviynt product knowledge through training, applying methodology and procedures relevant to the Partner-facing role.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions, ease of configuration, architecture simplicity, and intelligent workflows, enabling partner interaction and strong presentation skills.
  • Effectively communicate solution value to business and technical audiences to satisfy prospective partner/customer requirements.
  • Develop technical solutions with partners to accelerate sales of Saviynt products and services.
  • Communicate with business development and partner directors, prioritizing and independently managing top regional opportunities.
  • Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence from the field to Saviynt product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Travel as required within your territory.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related areas, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge such as technical certifications (e.g., ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer).
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous Solutions Engineering or Implementation experience.
  • Proven track record in enabling new and existing partners/distributors.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Domain expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
  • Experience in the Identity Governance and Administration domain with concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Requests, Workflows, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, Reporting/Analytics, and Deployment Scenarios.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and partner/customer service skills for rapidly assessing needs and selling through sophisticated partners.
  • Ownership and management of technical team relationships within existing and prospective partners.
  • Exemplary technical skills enabling configuration and rapid problem-solving in the field, including:
  • Database query experience in a relational database environment (MySQL and Elasticsearch); basic understanding of Groovy, PowerShell, and Graph API; knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, OpenID, etc.) to facilitate SSO and ID federation; understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and security frameworks (SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, COBIT, CIS, NIST, PCI, etc.).
  • Experience with AzureAD, Okta UD, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, and other Cloud/LDAP directories.
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
