Partner Manager – Electrification & Automation

Help shape the future of electrification and automation with Siemens.

Siemens Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Partner Manager to join our Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit.

This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to make your mark and play a key role in shaping how Siemens works with its partner network across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative and supportive team where your ideas, relationships and commercial expertise can directly influence business growth.

As a global technology leader, Siemens is helping customers build a more sustainable, connected and resilient future. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of that journey - working with partners to bring Siemens’ leading electrification, automation and digitalisation solutions to more customers and more markets.

About The Role

Reporting to the Products and Channel Partners Segment Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing Siemens’ Electrification & Automation portfolio through our partner network across Australia and New Zealand.

As this is a newly created role, you’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape how we work with our partners and build a strategy that delivers long‑term growth. You’ll be trusted to bring your own ideas, build strong relationships and find new ways to help our partners succeed.

You’ll work closely with a talented team across sales, product, marketing and technical functions. Together, you’ll help our partners expand their customer reach and bring Siemens’ market‑leading solutions to more businesses.

It’s a role with plenty of variety and visibility, where you can make a real impact. You’ll have the support of a high-performing and collaborative team, while also having the flexibility and autonomy to make the role your own.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute the regional partner strategy, aligned with Siemens EA growth priorities and key market opportunities.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with our channel partners and help them identify new opportunities to grow their business with Siemens.
  • Create partner development plans that translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Grow the sales pipeline by working closely with partners to identify, develop and convert new opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen Siemens’ market presence across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Take ownership of strategic partner relationships and provide support when challenges or escalations arise.
  • Strengthen partner capability through targeted training and development programs.
  • Work alongside partners to increase their knowledge and confidence in the Siemens portfolio.
  • Bring partners and Siemens teams together to develop joint go‑to‑market opportunities and generate demand.
  • Improve the way we work with partners by leveraging digital tools, systems and processes.
  • Partner closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions and support.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, engagement and profitability.
About You

You’re a relationship-focused and commercially astute professional who enjoys building partnerships, identifying opportunities and turning strategy into results.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in channel, partner, distribution, indirect sales or business development management.
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical, automation, power distribution or industrial sectors.
  • A proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • The confidence to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Why Siemens?

This is more than an opportunity to manage a partner network. It’s an opportunity to build something new, make an impact and help shape the next phase of Siemens’ growth across Australia and New Zealand.
