Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Solutions Delivery Manager – Major Projects in Australia to lead a skilled team delivering BMS, EMS, access control and CCTV solutions for key clients. You will report to the General Manager - Projects and drive strategic project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take on the role of Solutions Delivery Manager within our thriving Digital Energy Business. Reporting to the General Manager - Projects, the Role of the Solutions Delivery Manager – Major Projects is to lead a team of highly skilled project engineersspecialised in Building Management System (BMS); Energy Management (EMS) , Access Control and CCTV in direct support of client’s systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The role will assist the General Manager and the Project Management Team with management processes, customer project management, client liaison, coordination of the resources of his/her team in support of new project works, also responsible for the training and development of our early career’s team of graduates and apprentices.

A key facet of the role is to build upon Schneider Electric Australia reputation for excellent project delivery, customer service and to identify opportunities to build upon the business conducted with each of our clients.

  • Knowledge of construction contracts and risk management associated with Project Management experience required.
