Maroondah City Council is seeking a committed Team Leader Youth Services to lead a team of Youth Development Workers in Ringwood. This maximum-term, part-time role (30.4 hpw) runs until 13 July 2028, with four days per week or spread over five days.

The role focuses on shaping programs and events that support young people aged 10–25 and improving community health and wellbeing. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for empowering
