Job summary

Coraggio Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our Sydney team three days a week (Mon–Wed). You will manage accounts receivable and payable, run payroll with STP filings, perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly management reporting for board submissions.

Ideal candidates have strong Xero skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent English communication. This role is 3 days per week in a pro‑rata arrangement, located in Sydney, Australia.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Xero accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Good oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable: generate invoices, post receipts, assist collections.
• Accounts payable: code invoices and process payments via online banking.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end tasks.
• Assist in monthly management reporting and board submissions.
• Run weekly payroll and STP filings, quarterly super lodgements.
