Part-Time Partnerships Manager — Global Events

Job summary

Growth Faculty is Sydney-based, delivering live events and a virtual leadership learning platform with global reach. We seek a Partnerships Manager for three days per week to secure and manage partner relationships, coordinate activations, and deliver measurable outcomes across brand, events, membership and content.

You will report to the Head of Brand & Marketing, working with cross-functional teams to ensure partner commitments are met and opportunities are optimized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships/sponsorship sales or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple activations and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new partnership relationships meeting paid sponsorship targets.
• Manage day-to-day relationships across an agreed portfolio of partners.
• Coordinate approved partner activations across live events, membership, content and marketing.
• Build activation plans and timelines with internal responsibilities and deadlines.
• Support partner proposals, presentations and renewal materials within agreed parameters.
• Research and qualify potential partnership opportunities and advise leadership.
• Facilitate new partner contractual discussions with senior management.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners after terms and contracts are approved.
• Track partner performance and KPIs; prepare reporting and identify opportunities to improve value.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for contacts, agreements, commitments, activity and opportunities.
• Coordinate partner communications, meetings and reviews; escalate issues as needed.
• Work with Brand & Marketing to ensure co-branded assets are on-brand and aligned.
• Support partner presence at Growth Faculty live and virtual events.
