Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a hospitality environment.
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
• Current Food Handler Certificate.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Flexible to work across a weekly roster, including weekends.
• Mixology experience (desirable).
• Cellar Door experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Daily setup, operations and maintenance of the bar.
• Develop new styles of mixed drinks & cocktails.
• Assist in wine tasting experiences and sales.
• Manage stock and orders with the Cellar Door team.
• Accurately record tasting stock.
• Adherence to all stated WHS procedures and practices.
• Conduct your work safely, efficiently and diligently at all times.
