Job summary

Morris of Rutherglen Winery in Victoria is seeking a Cellar Door Supervisor to lead daily operations and supervise cellar door staff. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class visitor experience and driving memberships and events.

Applicants with cellar door or supervisory experience are preferred, but exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude will be considered. RSA permit is required and a pre-employment medical will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience (preferred).
• Previous Cellar Door experience (preferred).
• Sales and customer service focus.
• Basic computer knowledge, for example email and Excel, is essential.
• Valid RSA permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Cellar Door.
• Supervise permanent and casual cellar door staff.
• Ensure best-in-class visitor experience, driving visitation, memberships and events.
• Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and school holidays.
• Undertake a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
