Job summary

Major Tech in Brendale, QLD is seeking a Part-time Internal Administrative and Warehouse Assistant. The role supports daily warehouse operations and internal sales, reporting to the Managing Director, with focus on timely order fulfilment and accurate stock control.

You will assist with administrative duties, liaise with carriers, manage stock, and provide professional customer service. The position offers part-time hours and a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ previous work experience in a similar work environment.
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment!
• Working knowledge of stock control.
• Experience in maintaining accurate records on stock items.
• Working with customers and product orders
• Computer skills: MS Office to Intermediate
• Valid Driver’s license and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Managing Director and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely tasks.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative duties and support the internal sales department.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of Major Tech products and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist with order fulfilment: picking, packing, dispatching, and labeling pallets as needed.
• Coordinate with freight/courier companies to resolve delivery issues and plan deliveries.
• Prepare warehouse for stock takes and support internal sales with customer inquiries.
