Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Organic Marketing & Content Coordinator to bring WA clubs to life across social media. This permanent part-time role based in South Perth supports local marketing, national campaigns and pre-sale activity for new club openings.

You’ll develop content calendars, coordinate posting, and create organic content including short-form videos, capturing on-site footage across multiple WA locations while following brand guidelines and collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing social media content across platforms.
• Ability to plan and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Confident capturing and editing content on-site across multiple locations.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and editing/scheduling tools.
• Proactive, organized, able to work independently with WA travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for WA clubs.
• Plan and coordinate posting schedules across local platforms.
• Create organic content including short-form videos, Reels, Stories and posts.
• Capture content on-site: facility updates, member experiences, community activity.
• Tailor content to each platform following brand guidelines.
• Integrate national campaigns into local content plans.
• Liaise with national marketing on campaigns and local insights.
• Support pre-sale marketing for new WA clubs.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic reach and engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, influencers and groups.
